ethanWhen everyone left, mommy and daddy were on their own again. The next several weeks were 
filled with lots of eating, sleeping, and crying. Sometimes mommy and daddy didn’t know what to do when I wouldn’t stop crying. I made them very nervous, but eventually I got better and didn’t cry as much. I started smiling and cooing and that made mommy and daddy very happy. They love it when I smile at them.
At my one month appointment I weighed 11 pounds 5 ounces. I am a healthy boy! I had to get a shot at this appointment and I really didn’t like it. It made mommy sad to see me cry, too. But I didn’t cry for very long and I even got to see daddy for lunch that day!
