sydneyToday I turned one! Can you believe it? I have been in this world for a whole year. Mommy says it was the fastest year ever. I have learned and changed so much over the past 12 months. I am crawling like a champ now and am exploring every nook and cranny of our house. 
I’m now able to pull up into a standing position and will try to do it on everything including in the bathtub! I am saying a few more “words” now, but mostly just babbling. I finally have two teeth coming in! One has popped through and the other one will be coming any day now! They kind of hurt, but they do make biting a little easier. Speaking of biting, I have tried all kinds of new foods this past month- sweet potatoes, grilled cheese, yogurt, bananas, oranges, pears, green beans, mac and cheese, toast, pancakes, waffles…- they have all been delicious! I like eating finger foods much better than being spoon fed! To celebrate my birthday, mommy and daddy took me and Ethan to Red Robin (just like they have done for Ethan’s birthdays!). I got to have a grilled cheese sandwich and oranges- yummy. Then the waiters sang me a birthday song, but I didn’t much enjoy that- it was kind of scary, so I cried. But, they did bring me an ice cream sundae, which I shared with my brother! It was a fun time! I can’t wait to see what the next year brings!
