My First Camping Trip

This weekend daddy and me went on our first camping trip together! We had such an awesome time! We went with three other daddies and their sons. When we got there Friday night we set up our tent and I met the other boys. They were really nice and we had a good time playing before it was time to go to sleep. It was neat sleeping in the tent in my sleeping bag! The next day we were very busy- we went fishing, rode the paddle boats, went swimming, played on the playground and even got to do a treasure hunt! For dinner that night we had hotdogs cooked over a fire! Then we got to roast marshmallows- my favorite! It was an exhausting day, so I fell asleep quickly that night! The next morning we had a yummy breakfast of eggs and sausage cooked on the grill. Camp food is the best! After that it was time to pack our stuff up and head home. I had such a great time and I can’t wait to go camping again!
